AL AiN IT CONSULTANTS recently concluded a successful workshop at the Bengkel Pemurnian BRS JKR SKALA 2.0. The event focused on enhancing awareness and understanding of Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) processes for the SKALA 2.0 project team.
Presenters and Highlights:
1. Shah: Introduction to IV&V
- Shah provided a comprehensive introduction to IV&V, highlighting its importance in ensuring project quality and adherence to requirements. The session clarified the role of IV&V as an essential part of project success, with participants gaining clear insights into its practical application.
2. Hairul: QG1 & QG2, Document Review, and Communication Plans
- Hairul covered Quality Gates 1 and 2, explaining key deliverables and milestones. His discussion on the document review process provided practical methods for improving accuracy and efficiency.
- Participants also received IV&V templates designed to streamline procedures, along with communication plans for better team coordination and interaction.
3. Afiq: QG3, QG4, and Performance Testing
